Transparent conductive films have the function of transmitting both electricity and visible light. ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) has been widely used as a transparent electrode for various applications, such as touch displays or solar battery cells.
ITO generally has a resistance of 10s or 100s Ω/sq., in order to meet the demand for lower resistance required in recent years ITO has to be applied thickly, however, this causes problems like transmissivity loss or color change (yellowing).
To solve these problems, the metal mesh has been developed as an alternative to ITO.
Transparent antennas are useful for integrating antenna functionality in surfaces while maintaining visibility, such as vehicle windshields and windows. They are designed by manufactured using our proprietary material, a highly transparent metal mesh, which is an improved alternative to Indium tin oxide (ITO). The key benefit of transparent antennas is that high conductivity is maintained without sacrificing the electromagnetic behavior of the antennas.

High and low temperature test
The industry standard is: -30°C to +70°C, our Metal Mesh can reach -85°C to +85°C, and it can be used normally in extreme environments;
Environmental test: The test product functions normally at -80°C, 100°C (boiling water), and -235°C.
Cyclic bend test
Bending degree: from 0~90~180 degrees (cyclic bending), bending diameter: 4mm, 8mm;
After cycling 10k, 50k and 200k times, the resistance value of the display channel did not change.
Loop folding test
When the bending diameter is ≤4mm, and the bending angle is folded from 20 degrees to 180 degrees, the metal mesh can be used normally, and the folding touch can be realized.
