Technical Parameter

◆ The visible transparency is up to 85%, higher than that of traditional glass.

◆ Lightweight and ultra thin. Heats up quickly and evenly, can reach the temperature (50ºC) as set and with stand a temperature up to 120ºC.

◆ Voltage can be set from 1.5V to 380V for design and production.

Iterative Method

The product is made of Protective Film (PE) + Blackened layer + Cu Layer + Substrate Layer (COP) + Protective Film (PET).

Product Advantages

◆ A heater that uses a film of laminated transparent conductive films such as ITO as a heating element.
Advantages: Transparent sheet material, no problem of wiring appearance.
Disadvantages: It takes a long time to heat up because of high resistance.
Although it can handle gently curved surfaces, cracks will occur in the transparent
conductive film when formed into a three-dimensional shape.

Advantages: The temperature rises relatively quickly due to low resistance.
Disadvantage: Generally, the heating wire heater has a thick wire, so the wiring can be seen.

Excellent Physical Properties

High and low temperature test
The industry standard is: -30°C to +70°C, our Metal Mesh can reach -85°C to +85°C, and it can be used normally in extreme environments;
Environmental test: The test product functions normally at -80°C, 100°C (boiling water), and -235°C.

Cyclic bend test
Bending degree: from 0~90~180 degrees (cyclic bending), bending diameter: 4mm, 8mm;
After cycling 10k, 50k and 200k times, the resistance value of the display channel did not change.

Loop folding test
When the bending diameter is ≤4mm, and the bending angle is folded from 20 degrees to 180 degrees, the metal mesh can be used normally, and the folding touch can be realized.
